
Vox Populi on Brač: The Island I Would Like
CO2 Pacman team conducted an on-field survey on Brač Island (Supetar) to explore local perspectives on climate neutrality. Respondents were invited to agree or disagree with key findings about climate change, awareness, and sustainability.
The beautiful Mediterranean island of Brač, Croatia, is not just a stunning tourist destination; it’s a living laboratory for climate action. As part of the EU-funded CO2 Pacman project, the focus is firmly on moving Brač toward climate neutrality. But this transition isn’t just about data and technology—it’s about people.
In the charming port town of Supetar, the heart of the island, we took to the streets to capture the most crucial perspectives of all: the citizens. Through a series of “Vox Populi” (Voice of the People) interviews, we asked three questions and responders had to imagine:
